CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle but potent way of working with the body using light touch. People sometimes think that “craniosacral therapy” only refers to the head but CST works with the whole person.

CST is suitable for all ages, including during pregnancy.

Clients remain clothed and will usually lie face up, on their side or may be seated.

During a CST session, the therapist makes light contact with the head, base of the spine and other areas, encouraging the body to relax and begin to make the changes it needs. Because the body functions as a whole, the therapist may focus on areas other than where clients experience their symptoms.
