Kent Adult Education is running a free “Mindful Living” course at the Blackthorn Trust site for people aged 19 and over. It will take place 12.30pm to 2.30pm on Friday 17th October 2025.
Explore the reasons behind Mindfulness and try out some practical activities to explore mindful techniques. How do we use mindful language? How can mindfulness help you in your everyday life? You will be guided through practical exercises to explore relaxation.
This course is open to the public and is free to attend (attendees must aged 19+).
